Pickup in Phuket
The group departs around 00:00–01:00. We pick up from almost all of Phuket; the most remote locations are agreed with the manager. Share your area and location pin to confirm the exact pickup time and place.
Drive, border formalities and return
There are 7/11 stops every 2–3 hours. At the border, complete exit and entry formalities for both countries before the group returns to Phuket. Expected return is around 14:00–15:00; queues and road conditions can change the schedule.
Private, VIP and independent trip times are agreed separately. View transport photos to compare a minibus, minivan and car.
Trips with transport include the return transfer, a light breakfast, water, border assistance and usually lunch on the way back. Confirm meal arrangements with your booking.
The Satun fares separate the deposit, driver payment and optional extras. For private transport, the vehicle charge is separate from the payment per passenger. With FREE PASS, arrange your own travel and agree the checkpoint meeting before departure.
Submitting a request is free. Pay the deposit after the manager confirms and the balance to the driver on trip day. Pay the deposit by baht transfer to a Thai bank account, TrueMoney, transfer from a Russian bank to a Thai account or cash at the office. Ask the manager about transfers from Russia, as conditions change. Other methods are by agreement.
The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. If less than 24 hours remain, the deposit is non-refundable.
Bring your passport and documents for your visa or entry category. Check visa exemption and restrictions. The manager checks documents and entry history in advance. Once your trip is confirmed and you board our transport, we will bring you back to Phuket. Immigration decides on the entry stamp and permitted stay.
Complete a new TDAC for your return date. Prepare your Thai accommodation address and save the arrival card and QR code on your phone. The manager will provide transport details for TDAC and help complete it if needed. Check Malaysian entry requirements separately for your passport.
Ages 11 and above use the adult category; see age bands and amounts on the prices page. On group, private and VIP trips, children aged 10 and under pay no additional border fees. FREE PASS for children aged 0–10 must be arranged through the manager.
Agree seating, child-seat availability and documents before paying. A child fare does not waive passport control or TDAC requirements.
Send a request with your date, format, passenger numbers and ages. If your stamp expires soon or you have repeated entries, contact the manager first.
