Documents and admission
Check your nationality and entry category, then complete TDAC. The manager checks documents and entry history in advance. Once your trip is confirmed and you board our transport, we will bring you back to Phuket. Immigration decides on the entry stamp and permitted stay.

Allow about 12–14 hours for Satun, departing around 00:00–01:00. Ranong takes about 9–10 hours, departing around 06:00–07:00 and includes a boat. The manager confirms the schedule.

Yes. Each entry requires a new TDAC, including return by land or sea. Children need one too. Submission on the official website is free. The manager will provide transport details for TDAC and help complete it if needed.
Do not assume unlimited runs. The general tourist exemption has land and sea entry restrictions with exceptions; bilateral agreements and visas need separate checks. Share your full entry history with the manager.
The 180-day option is only for valid DTV holders and is separate from ordinary visa exemption. Immigration makes the final decision on admission and permitted stay.
Fares separate ages 0–4 and 5–10; ages 11 and above use the adult category. On group, private and VIP trips, children aged 10 and under pay no additional border fees. FREE PASS for children aged 0–10 must be arranged through the manager.
You arrange your travel to the checkpoint and TVR assists with border formalities. Transport from Phuket is not included. Agree the meeting time and place; this format requires full prepayment.
Pay the deposit by baht transfer to a Thai bank account, TrueMoney, transfer from a Russian bank to a Thai account or cash at the office. Ask the manager about transfers from Russia, as conditions change. Other methods are by agreement. The deposit is paid after the manager confirms; the balance goes to the driver on trip day.
The deposit is refunded in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. If less than 24 hours remain, the deposit is non-refundable.
We pick up from almost all of Phuket; the most remote locations are agreed with the manager. Share your area and location pin to confirm the exact pickup time and place.
Tell the manager your stamp expiry and entry history before booking, including any overstay. The manager checks documents and trip eligibility in advance. Immigration decides on the entry stamp.
