Booking procedure

To apply for booking a border run, prepare and provide the manager with the following:

• Copy/photo of the first page of the passport
• Thai phone number (sim card can be bought at any 7/11 for 49 THB)
• Your location*
• 2300 or 2500 THB prepayment (receipt of payment from the office, check from an ATM or payment screenshot from the bank application)**

*Preferably a location from Google Maps. The manager will send you back the location of the closest pick up point to you

Please note that booking is only possible if all of the above points are met.

Estimated time of minibus arrival at pick up points

• Rawai: 05.00 – 05.20 am
• Kata, Karon, Patong: 05.30 – 05.20 am
• Phuket Town, Central Festival, Big C, By Pass, Kho Keaw: 06.00 – 06.30 am
• Cherng Talay, Thalang: 06.45 am

An important clarification: in order to try to collect all passengers at the scheduled time, the bus does not call directly at your location of residence, the route is planned in advance, picking up passengers is possible only at the collection point issued by the manager.

Please be respectful of other passengers, any delay in finding you will delay the arrival of the bus at the next collection points. Thanks for understanding!

If it is fundamentally important for you to be picked up directly from your point of residence/location, there is a service – Private Bus

What you need to take with you on the bus:

• Valid passport
• 1300 or 2000 THB
• Blanket and travel pillow (recommended)

There may be a delay in the arrival of the bus at the pick up point for 10-15 minutes. If more has passed – call the manager on duty, you will receive his phone after paying for the tour.

Return to Phuket around 20:00 – 21:00.

Cancel Booking

A full refund is possible no later than one day before the departure of the bus. In other cases, a refund is not possible.

The same rule applies to the transfer of the reservation, the transfer of the date of the paid trip is not possible later than one day before the departure of the bus. Funds are not returned.
